it has a very pale look to it in the light, meaning you cant really see the numbers well. Looks great at night though

I don't have exactly price, but estimating around $180 for the gauge face, blue LED conversion kit probably around $10-$20
Plus the labor

I'm sure. Pics can only do so much.
They're alright though, not bad

If the daytime visibility is priority to you then, you can go with these design..
You can clearly see them during daytime, since number and background color has very high contrast.....

$180 is just for the gauge face..
It's different then screen printing.... this is much better...
I've done large batch production using screen printing and some batch started bubbling... lost alot of money cause of that....

Is the HVAC and the shift console an LED on circuit board swap or is it a bulb swap?

I know the old XB was bulbs for the HVAC....

They are 4 LED cluster on a small PCB, those LED are 180 degree wide angle LED... it's the most widest angle in the market...
I've used the LED bulb on there and it doesn't light up so well...
This design was used on the Celica climate control....
Just used it on here and it works great..

Even on the old xB, just LED bulb replacement was very dim...

These look great! Do you think you'll have pics of any of the other styles done? I am torn between style 4 shown and style 1.

Style 1 and 2 will have same as stock, but lights up other color with LED conversion...
This is still new, so I don't have more style... eventually I'll have more styles to choose from....
If you have any design ideas, let me know.. then I can make the template and you can see them with actual layout on template....

I know the old XB was bulbs for the HVAC....
For the HVAC use, Neo Wedge LED(1/2 way down).
when you take part your dash, The Bulb is under the black piece in the back.

I'll get some shops in today for ya.

Those doesn't light up that well... it's very dim and it doesn't light up on the edges....
I know since, I've tried it already...
That goes for xB1 and xA...
LED on thers doesn't have wide angle to light up evenly nor bright....

The neo Wedge LED works for me. It's as bright as the stock bulb. Now the center button is still orange when pressed.
