Hello Folks & 2015 xB
Hi Folks!
My name is Dave. I'm 52 and retired with a disability. I had a 2005 xB and a 2006 xB Release series, but had to turn them in when money got tight, so last week when I limped into my local Toyion dealer and saw a new 2015 Scion xB in dog-dick red, well, I could not trade in my 2010 Kia Sedona LX fast enough. The box still rocks! Plenty of headroom, decent legroom (even for my crippled leg), and so much cargo room! I'm a little unimpressed that they half-assed the factory radio with that Pioneer head-unit WITHOUT the upgrades for Nav and DVD (and no way to easily add SiriusXM0, but that's easily ficed with a new head end unit - a better alternative than the $1,200 they're asking for the BeSpoke system upgrades, which STILL won't give me SiriusXM!
Still, the car drives awesomely - turns can be tight and the engine is peppy and responsive. I don't know if I'm imagining it or not, but the handling definitely feels sportier than I remember. All in all, it feels good to be home again. I want to drive this thing until the wheels fall off.
Nice to meet everybody. My casual stroll through the forums revealed a great deal of knowledge to be gained here. I'm looking forward to that!
Peace,
Dave

Welcome back... I bet you're wishing you still had your 05 and 06 to go with your 15. I'm a current owner of an 06 and a 15 and could not agree with you more with the exception that I'm perfectly happy with the factory head unit since it has bluetooth and the usb port. I have a nav unit in another car and I find myself still using my cel phone nav over the head unit. Enjoy your new ride and hope to see you around here often. Happy moding...
