Help with wheels!

I need help with wheel size. I would like a fitment like the one in the picture (link). I would like to know what would be the perfect wheel, offset and tire size, for a fitment like that.

Please help.

Looks like a 16x8 or 17x8" wheel. Tires have a little stretch on them, I would guess 205s

Looks more like 17x9 +20 to me. Tires have a MAJOR stretch on them, likely a 215/45 R17.
