My 2009 scion xb will not even try to start the doors will not lock or unlock with the key fob the turn signals will not turn on and the alarm goes off every time i open the driver side door and will not turn off when i push the button on the key it all started after i put an alternator in. I also had to jump it to get it home, i am wondering if that could have something to do with it?

My car (2006 Scion TC) is doing the same thing. Windows won't work, radio not working, car won't start. My anti theft light is blinking and making a clicking sound. I think it has ran my batterie down cuz I got a jump and it worked.. however, I think I may have reset the anti theft unit right before that, when I got home I went to start my car and it did the exact same thing as before. So I am sitting here trying to figure out how I reset that anti-theft system before very frustrating very very frustrating
