Default Sway Bars

So I was thinking about getting sway bars for my 2012 scion xB I was wondering what kind of sway bars to get, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of having them.

My modifications so far on my car...
K&N SRI, 5000k HID's, LED Exterior/Interior Lights, Scuba-Delete replaced with straight pipe and magna flow exhaust, Weather Tech Windows Deflectors, and a Shark Fin Antenna

I would recommend the Hotchkis full set. It's a pain to change the front bar, involves dropping the rear sub frame, but the improvement in handling is great.

Well I bought me a kit, was not that expensive either. Roughly $250 bucks for them.
