I did my retrofit awhile ago and it wasn't all that bad. A little bit of cutting and mounting up the projectors and your good to go. Difficulty range I would say it's about a 4 or 5 on a 10 rating scale. Hardest part is to get the projector mounted up level to the ground. Once that is done the rest is easy cause our headlights comes with up and down, and left right adjustments.

Yeah i still get high beams. The FX projectors comes with low and high built in together.

Interesting, I always thought it was a PITA to do this. I might consider this as a summer project. Did you have to spend a lot for the FX projectors??

I got them from http://www.theretrofitsource.com/ it's on sell right now for 315. All you would need is a spare set of headlights (unless you want to hack up your set). The full stage III kit is everything you need to get started.

I am trying to retrofit projectors headlight in my 2011 scion xd and can't really find any specific kit or videos on them. Someone who has actually done it should really post a video or guided text description.
It would be greatly appreciated.
