any ideas on the price range and release date of this kit?? what about fuel management?
Base will be: $2750.00 with the T3/To4B without management
The first car is an auto so we are using Greddy Emanage and TC injectors for the fuel management.
Release date will be shortly after the first unit is installed and tuned.(within the next few weeks depending on the customers schedule)

Looks Nice.
Question,
What does have to do the fact that the car is an Auto and that you are using an emanage? Not following!
Very interested on how the tuning side of the project goes. Please keep us updated.

And the turbo will only void the warranty if the problem with your car can be traced back to the installation or use of it...

Sounds good in theory but if you go to a crappy dealer and there is even a remote link they will pin it on the mod. I broke a rod and the dealer blamed it on the TRD CAI, conveniently not warranted for an 06 xB. I had three written statements that the roads were dry that day, plus the weather monitoring stata data for the day. Their response is that only water ingestion could have broke it, they never said where the water came from on a dry day.
I think the head gasket leaked, possibly due to out of tolerance head bolts but won't be getting my warranty back without going to court. $250 for a spare used motor and a week in my garage for an engine swap was a lot more attractive so I haven't pursued it past arbitration.
If you so much as throw an engine code, they could blame it on the turbo, eManage, improper driving, abuse, etc to weasel out. I should have paid for the extra tow mileage and taken it to the dealer who acually understands the tuner community instead of an unknown one who was closer.

Sorry... Lemme add something...
Yeah, you're right, having a crappy dealer does have a lot to do with it. And I forgot to mention that in the warranty paperwork I've seen since working for Toyota, there is a clause about having a certified mechanic installing things doesn't void the warranty.

Yes I know modifying the engine won't necessarily void the warranty, but there HAVE been cases with tC owners that have been turboed having their warranties voided because the turbo caused the problem.
Evne if you take it to a modifying friendly dealer, which are far and few between, they still might try to pin it on you. Yes they have to prove the modification f'ked the car up but in the long run... I'd rather not chance it. I'll just start saving up for my A3 2.0T or the Subaru WRX STI hatch lol.

PS Where is the battery relocation?
But I am considering building a small tray that will hold a small Kinetic style battery in the engine compartment.

I saw in a rag this morning that the FIT already has a kit for sale (30+)reliable HP , all bolt-on.
How much more power does the 3K buy?
