farewell fellow tc owners...
So sunday night, not this past one but last week, my Amy(car) was in an accident. i got clipped on the freeway and sent me about 85 into the center divider. and that was that. after all the reports and stuff, AAA took my car home because it was not drivable. the next morning a did my claim with allstate and about 2 hours later they picked up my car and took it to the shop where they were to evaluate it. i got a call yesterday saying that its totaled... and its getting junked. bummer. still dont know how much they going to give me though. man im going to miss amy a lot. i really liked it a lot. took a while but i really got used to its driving dynamics and was really fun. and i bid farewell because i do not think i will be getting another scion, even though it has crossed my mind.
as for pictures... i was so bumnmed from the accident that i didnt take any pics of it, but im going today to pick up anything thats in the car before they junk so maybe i'll take some pics. it will be camera phone though because i do not have a camera... man im behind on technology...

man! Did the guy who clipped you stop or he sped off? Sorry to hear about your Amy bro. Hope you get (ahem---meet) somebody new from the insurance co. At least you're okay and unharmed--could've been worse...
yeah, no the guy stopped. he was in this huge ___ f250, and claimed he didnt see me... due to being too low? or at least thats what he claims,m but he is just too damn high off the ground. (truck has a mild lift on it and in my opinion they are already high as hell stock)
tc with 2 inches drop isnt that low.. whereas some trucks are lifted way too high some not by inches but by foot! and then they claim during an accident that the car is too low, thats rediculous..
No reason not to see a car........period.........you do not see truck drivers hauling 40+ foot trailers running over cars everytime they change lanes........fact is he did not look........looks as if he bought you a new car.........stop being passive about it.......dude could of killed you due to the fact he chose not to set his mirrors properly........there is no such thing as a blind spot........unless you are in a big rig taking a corner than there can be one......short of that........dude did not look......
i also got stock parts for sale, really cheap too just to get rid of em and help the community out.
i got stock header, spipe, midpipe, air intake(with trd filter). all i got if your interested let me nknow, ima put them up on the classifieds later.

what i want next? i was thinking about getting a 6th gen civic si... or an ep3 hatch. i would like to stay toyota but the celica is the only car im looking at and it doesnt convince me... now if the rear wheel drive toyota was real then hell... we all know what i'd be getting! but im honestly not sure yet, waiting for the insurance pay out before i get set on a car.

I never have understood why people lift their trucks so high. Must be making up for other 'shortcomings'.
Glad you're ok! Peace out if you go to the dark side.
