Default Pedestal Spoiler

Ok i know there are tons of threads about this, but i couldnt really get a definate answer....I have an RS 3 tc and it has the pedastal spoiler on it. I want to remove this. I can just trade hatches with someone becuase there are not many people out there with a blizzard pearl hatch.....so i was wondering if i remove the spoiler, are there any plugs or somthing that i can cover these holes with, other than actually using bono and paint or whatever?????????????????????
thanks

Any plug you put on there will run the risk of allowing water into the hatch and rust around the holes or elsewhere. If you're going to remove it, have it done right. Get the holes welded, not bondo'ed.

There are no specific plugs or anything that would cover it.. (not to mention it would look like crap) you'd have to have a ship fill/paint it.

your better off buying a used hatch and painting it than having the spoiler removed, holes filled, then painting that....lol i see them on craigslist for 200-300$ plus then u can sell yours with the spoiler

I removed mine, and put 3/8" plugs from Home Depot. Painted it with $1 spray paint looks good!

Trade hatches with someone that doesn't have a spoiler on their hatch, and paint it flat or gloss black. It would look better than having plugs randomly on your trunk.
