I installed one on my buddies white tC, we did not like the dealer install location at all.

Just ran the cables up the A pillar, under the headliner, then under the hatch gasket and mounted the antenna on the rear middle of the back seat glass roof section.

It came out really nice overall and far better than what the dealer would have done

what are you driving? if you have a scion, register it. its hard to avoid the big flashing thingy on top

for my xB its where the factory location would be for the XM radio.

if your talking about the tC you can get away with mounting it inside but make sure its a clear view to the sky and wont get damaged or blocked by crap in the car

i agree that this person needs to register a car to make life here easier....

but you can tell it is a tC from the rear moon roof glass close to the hatch part.

I have to say that I want to add XM to my car, but that antenna hanging out of the trunk is deterring me... I might have to give some thought to mounting it on the glass now that someone else has had luck with it.

Click "Profile" at the top, and then you'll see "Add or edit vehicles in my Registry."

I put my antenna on the dash of my tC it works fine and I don't have to see it on the lines of the car
