Does anybody have this hood?




If so I would like to know if its silver like the picture (which I hope it is)? Also - is it a good hood?

Yes... They are pretty good with their stuff.. I am planning on getting their AIT Racing Wide Body Kit. They are developing a regualr body kit due to be released this summer/fall... They will not release any details. I have only heard good things from them, so i guess its up to you to decide...

hey, i was one of the first with it since last yr when it was in proto stage. the angles are exagerated from angles because of install is too high sometimes, all that has to be done is lower the rubber things that seprate hood from car frame. here are some pics of mine.

 

Make sure you wax it!! or put some other kind of protective coat.. surprised u didn't mention that.

 

aacordon - why do the first 2 pics look bad but the last 2 look real nice? Did you lower the hood in the last 2?

Are you the ones that had the wrinkles or whatever in it too? Pick it up from Diamond Bar or something like that?

Reason why I'm asking is b/c I remember you (or whoever it was) that got this hood first.

It is my favorite CF hood except for those faults (lining up and wrinkles in weave)....and the fact that I haven't seen it in person yet either :\
