Default Question about gear oil's

i have a 06 tc with about 54xxx miles on it,i change the gear oil to redline from OEM from reading some threads on here,it worked good for awhile then gave me issues,so i read someplace about eneos gear oil,so i decided to give it a shot,i did the swap from redline to eneos and night and day difference and still going over 6 months no issues,Now my question is i wanna try Motul Gear 300 75-90 gear oil, someone mention thats the best stuff, but will changing back and fourth between oil's have any affect on the tranny,if you properly drain everything,

like going from OEM to Redline then to Eneos then finally Motul, cause i know its not a good idea to mix oil's and some dont mix very well,so what do you gies think if i just switch and try Motul gear oil,

yea but OEM gear oil didnt do a good job, at least for me going into gear's plus reverse wasnt smooth at all, thats why people change the gear oil for its much easier to get into gears,if your auto you dont have to worry about it

i would change it,but thats only me,some change the gear oil just to get smoother shifting with less force going into gears, youll feel the difference
