So long story short just recently switched to stance coilovers, im at the lowest setting without removing collars.
My rotors are gone so are my brake pads. I replaced my driver side axle and seal because my axle was shot and my seal was leaking. It does not leak anymore but now when i drive im getting crazy vibration from my drivers side like from taking off to 3k rmps.

Also when driving im getting like a scratching whining noise from my driver side.

Other than my rotors and brake pads needing replacement i dont know why this is happening, the axle is brand new!

i got new new axles on the front and i have some vibration between 2-3k rpm. Not sure why and the vibration is really soft not that bad but it does feel like its coming from underneath. Feels like the floor is vibrating not the steering wheel. I thought it was the motor mounts but not sure. No other noise here.

The grinding sound could be your wheel bearings. As for the vibration, I'd check for loose lug nuts or other loose components within the suspension area. It's possible your wheels and tires need rebalancing.

well from my experience the scratching noise for me was the dust shield rubbing against the rotors when i was turning. so maybe check to see if it's rubbing against it and just bend it away from the rotors.

as for the vibrations, i hear a lot of people get that from aftermarket axles but i dunno what kind of axles you got. the vibration is usually for like a sec and goes away.

1. u already know your rotors and pads are bad. so do those now.

2. you just installed a new suspension, check the torque on your lug nuts. usually this is the most simple overlooked issue.

3. all you did was replace the axle boot? did you physically check if anything else was wrong the the axle?

4. If you turn one direction left OR right, does that make the grinding / whirring noise? if so, then yes it's a wheel bearing issue like someone already stated. if not, it shouldnt be a wheel bearing.

(for me for sure) it is not the lug nuts. Vibrations only comes at acceleration between 2-3k rpm and if the lug nuts were lose they would vibrate and make unmistakable noise at braking ( been there done that)
Rebalancing the wheels wouldn't help. Vibration comes at highway speed. Not at any speed between 2-3k rpm.
Btw i have new wheels and tires and the vibration is the same. Im pretty sure its the axles. I will try to find out what brand it was. As far as i remember they came in red and blue boxes. Not Sure if Sebby has the same problem tho...

Ok so the dust shield was rubbing against the rotor, bended that out of the way. So the scratching noise went away.

My vibration comes from the left side (drivers side) and it started coming from when i replaced the WHOLE CV AXLE. its like a violent vibration but goes away when it gets passed 2-3k rpms.

And the noise comes when driving normal and when i turm right.
The vibration started when i replaced the whole drivers side cv axle.

Oh and it came in a blue and red box as well.?

Stupid question where is the wheel bearing located on the drivers side and how do you replace it?

Ill post a pic of the box the new axle came in, and it was new not remanufactured

Wheel bearing sounds like the issue then; it's in the hub of the wheel....behind the rotor.

For the front bearings, i think you will need a press or some sort of tool to press it out and press it back in; just take it to a shop $300 usually for one :X including parts & labor.

oh and sometimes .....SOMETIMES>... REmanufactured axles might not fit exactly or missing one small part...

What if i take the hub to a machine shop to press the old bearing out and new bearing back in?

So what can i do about the vibration from the suspension area?

Oh and also i noticed that the noise is more of a whistling noise whenever the car has vibration from it going up and down bumpy roads.

yup take it to the shop to get the wheel hub bearing pushed out and new one in...

Weird that it started as soon as a swapped axle.

wheel bearing will fix the scratching / grinding noise . Yes.

Again, some aftermarket axles are missing a part that the OEM one has; which renders it to be worse than the OEM. refer to the DIY post I posted. He discusses it there.
