MMW-DRAXAS combo videos/pics/review
Since I haven't read any threads about this combo I figured I'd make a quick review any then post videos so you guys could make there own judgements about this combination of aftermarket parts.
Firstly, let me say that I was equally impressed with the appearance of these products. I chose them because I head read many threads about the these parts and their other brands, and the MMW and Draxas products seemed to come up as the best in the header and exhaust battles. Their appearance seemed to back this up, just take a look at the pics!
The install for the MMW was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I took the radiator fan out prior to install, so I had decent room to drop in the art-peice-of-a-header. The trick is to use penetration lube to get those bolts off, but be carfull near your sensors! The fitment was fooking ridiculous. Here is a list of places it was rubbing:
1) The steering cradle side (I was able to minimize it by bending a dummy tab),
2) Flange of header rubbing oil pan lip (haha that sounds like a porno senance!),
3) The s-pipe was rubbing a notch into my axle and my axle was rubbing a groove into my s-pipe.
I took it to a muffler shop and they said they couldn't fix it with out cutting and re-welding so now I am now in the process of sending it back for return.
The power gain was noticable when I got on it, but around town it really doesn't matter. Buying this part only for performance is kind of wasting money because it doesn't make the car 'that' much more quick. But it is a bargain if you show it. People really notice how good the header looks.
The check engine light was supposed to be stopped with the MMW CEL-Eliminator, and it did except for a trackday at The Streets. When reving it up at a stop, there it a bit of metalic rasp on the high end coming from the fron of the car, but it just souded like a leak. Other than that the difference in sound was little.
The Draxas Exhaust was an easy install, I just wish I was able to lift the car higher. The car seen from behind or from an angle shows the system looking purty.
With the MMW-Draxas combo, I the exhaust sounded pretty good. There was some rasp though, but it wasn't awful. The overall tone was deep and it was noticably louder than stock. The only time that resonance in the cabin could be heard is when the car is decelerating at about 1900-1400 RPM.
With the stock manifold and Draxas exhuast combo is my favorite because it has absolutly no bumps, knocks, or leaks. With the MMW header, the car is easily identified as modified, but without it, the sound is much quiter, (sounds closer to stock), but it is still nice. It is deeper and more of a "tuned" tone. Reving it sound really good with the Injen Intake. Although the resonance can still be heard, it is much less intense.

Stock Exhaust and MMW Header:
That off-throttle whine at high RPM as especially bad that morning. It is a leak from the s-pipe/exhaust joint.

Stock Exhaust Manifold
Stock Manifold and MMW Header
MMW Header (Shiney and New)
Stock S-Pipe and MMW S-Pipe
MMW Header after being used for a few thousand miles
MMW S-Pipe after being used for a few thousand miles
Stock and Draxas Mufflers
Stock and Draxas mid piping
Stock and Draxas resonator and cat
Draxas Muffler, yes that is a dent in the canister. It came like that in shipment.
MMW header brand new, never run.
MMW header after some miles.
Draxas muffler section
I the look is great except that it is slanted, I would prefer the canister to be parallel to terra firma.
danm the slant!

Thanks for the comments.
I din't use the Megan peice, I only have MMW header and s-pipe, with a Draxas exhaust.

good job - if I knew it sounded like that I would have gotten the mmw header when they were on sale for $450/shipped. And yes - you are the first person to give a full writeup on the draxas exhaust and the mmw header on a non-FI car.

Sorry for the delay, I was hotlinking this thread to another and noticed an unanswered question.
No, the MMW header does not have an antifouler pre-installed for the reason that it does not use one. It uses a MMW-made CEL Eliminator that backs the sensor off enough so that it reads a 'normal' amount of carbon.
It is the L-shaped peice sticking out of the s-pipe
