Default 8 hole Rim / Fit a 5 Lug Rim?

So I'm trying to sell my old rims that came off of my 2005 Scion xB. And the problem im running into is on the back of the rim it says it fits a 4x100, 4x114.3 & 5x100.

I have someone interested in them but they can't seem to wrap there head around the fact that the rim has 8 holes which is usually a 4 bolt pattern. He wants to put them on a 2009 Toyota Prius which is a 5x100 pattern.

I guess I'm asking is it possible for a dual pattern rim to accommodate a 4 & 5 lug pattern? If so how?

Make: Gline
Model: 667
17x7

take a pic of the front of them and also if it say 5x100 then yes they will fit as long as that is the same bolt pattern that the toyota take if i am understanding you right there is 8 holes in them and 3 diffrent bolt pattern if the guy you are selling the rims to doesn't know if they will fit his car all he has to do is go to tire rack and type in the make and rims size and it will tell him if they fit or not

they are not a re drill, it is Stamped into the back of the tire spokes as 4x100 4x114.3 5x100.

The buyer knows that a Prius is 5x100. hes just confused as to how a rim can accommodate both 4lug & 5lug. Usually 8 holes is for 4bolt patterns and 10 holes is for 5bolt patterns correct?

There are bolt patterns that support 4x100 and 5x100, but this just looks like a standard 4-lug universal.

I don't see those fitting a 5-lug vehicle. The pattern doesn't line up.

For what it's worth, here's an example of a 4/5x114.3 pattern.

A 4/5x100 would be similar.

Obviously, you can be sure if you try to fit the wheel, but I doubt it's gonna fit.

You sir have to be a bit of a douch with the buyer. I had similar expiriences like "nah they wont fit, are you sure they are they were made for the car?"

just tell the buyer "like homz, drive to my crib, we will take a rim of and pop these btches on, and when they fit ***(Iam unsure if they will) i'm going to charge an extra 20.00 for you questioning my word. Now stop being a btch and buy the mudafukin rims"

FYI and I know from experience: the stap on those rims may not be accurate at all. When I bought one of my S E - R Spe c V it came with chrome rims. The back of the rim had 4 stamps almost identical as yours, turned out they didnt fit a 5x100.

What I came to find out, was that the stamps were more as an FYI - like if you got the 4x100 the weight of the rim would handle is 100kg or what, if you got the 5x100 the weight of the rim would handle is 120kg, it was weird, but they didnt fit any car but the SE - R

it was more as to say if you got the 5x100 pattern the wheel can handle up to 500kg of weight (dont quote me on this)

so my conclusion is try to take the risk and try to mount them on the Yaris. If we are talking about a shipping deal, and the seller wont be around to try them on the car, then my 1/2 page post was worthless and waste of time to both type and read hahaha

also have you tried to measure from mounting hole to mounting hole and see if you get a 5x100 pattern?

those do not look like they would fit at all. also, you can probably take them to any tire/rim shop and they will measure them for you. when i was a mechanic i did it all the time for people trying to buy wheels
