Default Safety Check Sticker Bracket Question

i bought the license plate bracket thing that looks like an L for my rear license plate and i was wondering if i can somehow peel off my safety inspection from the bumper and just stick it back on the bracket??? is this possible or is the sticker designed to fall apart when peeled off?
i just hate how the safet check sticker looks on the bumper.

Put some tape over the stickers to keep them together and peel them off using a razor or even a credit card. Just go slow and you might even want to use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive too.

yea when i went to get a new safety check (i failed) they told me that the L bracket that goes next to the license plate is illegal now. they told me the other bracket that goes under the bumper is legal though.

so stupid!

about the safety plate... when i got my recon the plate i made was by the license plate it cant be there it has to be (when standing facing the rear of the car) on the lower right side bumper affixed to the bumper below the actual licences plate. you can mount it on the botoom of the bumper but it has to be clearly visible from 50 feet away. the recon dudes let me slide even though my box is low and the plate is like 3 inches from the road surface.
