Default NEW HERE!!! would 16x9 with +15mm offset fit?

I have an 05 xb that I recently bought.

Its already dropped 2 inches.

My question is-

would varrstoen V3 wheels 16x9 with +15mm all around wrapped with 205/45/16 tires fit on my xb? If so, would they rub? do I need a camber kit?

Someone on craigslist is selling a brand new set with new tires for 1000 and I'm debating on buying them but I don't want to waste money.

I thought I'd ask you guys for any help please.

Thank you for any advice in advanced.

I'm not too proficient on wheels and spacing but you'd find a lot of info here
