Anyone stretch tires in Fayetteville, Raleigh, Springlake or Sanford?
Like the title says. I need to know if anyone on here knows of any place that can stretch tires in those locations listed? Most shops don't know how or don't want to do it due to liability issues. I know Discount Tire in Cary used to do it but no longer do so because of issues.
