I mean, once you clear up with millimeter (meaning a large build up) of carbon build up on your valves and seats, it should seat a lot better and the noise will go away. I don't think there is anything that needs to be adjusted. Valve guides are probably good, retainers and fasteners are probably fine, so it's probably just that. After time, your cam rides wear out on the gear end and that can cause uneven valve clearance/seating and can cause a noise too, but that's normal and every car gets that, especially ones that are hittin' boost because you're pulling so hard on the cam gears!

Thats the plan! Im going to find him and chain him to the I beam in my garage with all the parts he needs MUWAHAHAHA! Not really but I def need this tranny once built. The cost of an LSD and treating the gears of the E351 is probably what the E153 costs for a new unit.

14.86 @99.17 was the best I could do. I would either muck up the launch or second would lock me out. I could get the shifter to second but the gate wouldn't let me in. Also read that GL5 gear fluid is not good for a trans without an LSD so I am going to be switching to Redline MT90 Gear Oil before next track day.

14.55 @ 99.17 is the best so far. Finally connected to my FIC and found out we have a problem with the tune... RPMs not scaled correctly, MAF voltage not scaled correctly, and the O2 hasn't even been touched. Driving over to see Paul in a few weeks to get everything straightened out and hoping I can break into the 13s.
