Does Chronic Car Audio SUCK? Looks like some locations do..

We dont tape our connections, our installs our 100% guaranteed for life, problems do occur in any business, I cant watch over all my stores but i know at my location, my installers are very good, and I get very few return problems other then the occasional product that goes bad, which can happen to any electronic part.

Yeah, anything can happen. Also depends on the customers time frame, if a customer has to have it done RIGHT NOW, and i dont have the right harness, if they are impatient, we can warn them of the choices and its up to them. It has happened but we do everythign possible to make sure it doesnt.

yep black electric tape. i fixed it all now myself. i figured after 4 full days to install 2 headrest tv's, a flipout dvd in dash and the alram and two trips to the east valley i would just make it right myself.

I have never charged anyone to do anything to there vehicle if its our product. If I installed it once, its guarenteed for life, thats mine and company policy. Also making sure the customer is 100% happy is a policy.
You also quoted that we sell cheap product. Your telling me MTX, soundstream, eclipse is cheap? Ill put any of those products against any brand out there. Of coarse there are more entry level products we carry. Not everyone can afford to spend over a thousand dollars on a high end system. And for those people we have product that they can afford and still sounds amazing. I have a $400 dollar bass package with "lower level" gear, that pounds as hard as most high end systems, and is still a product we stand behind 100%
So to you or anyone who reads this forum. I guarentee satisfaction and best prices available. In fact to anyone on this forum, ill give the same prices i give to friends and family. For instance I did an MTX bass package for a guy the other day in a black scion. 2 MTX 4500's and a 500w mtx amp for under 400 bucks including box, wiring etc. It sounded amazing and he got very good product.

there's a reason i dont sell landscaping any more 
i had a couple complain that i was "lazy" once... they came in at 730 pm, 30 mins after we closed in mid july. i work on a 20 acre lot and had been walking around it since 7 am that morning. i guess i was leaning//sitting on the tree boxes too much and they saw that as "lazy"
i got another complaint from people saying that the tree i sold them, was "too small" they claimed i said it would make a good shade tree, which is true, but i meant in a few years. i mean christ.. if the tree looks small in the box, obviously the tree is going to be small in the ground.
i hate dealing with people... in the 2 years i was there, i only ever got 1 compliment given to my boss when i had sold over $350,000 in landscaping (was part time, first story happened on a saturday, was there all day on saturday and sunday

I have been rapped and beaten and put away wet both me and my beautiful 2002 Camaro SS by CHRONIC CAR AUDIO!! on power rd in Mesa, AZ... All CHRONIC CAR AUDIO STORES ARE FELONS!!! I have been back 7 times upgraded 5 times and thousands of dollars later QUESS WHAT?? 5 of my speackers just dont work after 7 visits!!!!! Thats right 7 times... U think SOOO.. called car audio specialists could at least even hook up a systembut I quess not a drunk jacking off in the dark could hit more bulls eyes than that!!! MFS!! Not to mention that damage they did to my car and jacking up my whole wiring system!!!! Ect... Ect.. I could go on endlessly I already turned them in to the better business BBB. I just would like to know were that website went I need to put this anger and hatred to a postitive source like shutting down chronic and warning perspective consumers about there evil twist along with satins plans to ____ up every nice ride they can before they go out!!!
Oh yeah my car lights flash for no reason now my electric windows just work when they want or NOT!! due to faulty wiring my t-tops are jacked from then just slaping a 12" in my hatchback instead of making the right sub boxes for two 10".. The two amps the just bolteded to the top of the sub box.. the wholes they drilled without asking first for the c changer the cracks in my intererior from them pulling it on and off so many times.. not to mention of yeah have you guys seen about 20 blk screws that are just mesteriously missing and my interior falling apart around while I drive..... Then they tried to put back in bigger screws and stripped out my passenger side door panel....
Someone anyone wake me from this nightmare so it will finally end?? I cant go on any longer.. I have to spend $3,500 dollars 2marrow 2 have everything ripped out down to the wiring and have it done by a PROFESSIONAL!!! My car has won many 1st place prizes in car shows... NOW I feel violated and left with a huge $5,000 or more empty pocked and a F-Uped Camaro that I love more than me!!
I need therepys sessions and my car needs physical therepy is there a doctor in the house????
