2006 Scion xA- Lower MPG
Hi all, this might be a dumb question to most of you, but I've had my xA since I purchased it new in 2006. I knew 17" wheels would decrease my MPG, but is it typical to see fewer and fewer MPG just with age?
I used to fill up 10 gallons, getting somewhere between 300-350 miles per fill up. Today, I get 250 if I'm lucky. I've had the 17 inch wheels for about 3 years now and I want to get new wheels soon. Thinking about 16's with a 45 profile.
Please share anything you know.
Thanks in advance!

I've been very good at taking care of my car and not taking shortcuts. Everything that has been asked I've completed. I take it in as scheduled/needed to prevent any issues from happening in the future.
I just passed 100k miles and am not noticing anything funny in regards to how it sounds, runs, etc.
Thanks for all the feedback.
