Yes , should of been more specific .Every one I 1st spoke with called the rear axle ,the rear end. And you're right,when I looked under the car for the first time for the rear end as we know for most cars,I couldn't find one not knowing that for some people the rear axle is the rear end.The main point is that it sounds like a small bend in axle is ok.Thanks!

That part that is bent does not spin, the rear wheels spin on independent bearings. The "Bar" is a torsion bar to allow some flex in the rear beam, but not enough to bend or break it. This type of suspension is called a torsion beam, and is sometimes called "semi-independent suspension."
There are ones that I have seen that are curved or bent on purpose by design, and as I cannot see any damage in the pictures you posted, I assume it is supposed to be like that. Of the xB's I have worked on, I didn't pay to much attention to that area so I cannot say for sure 100%.
