Default Looking for info and direction with my new box

I bought a low miles (46k) 2005 BOP Box from a dealer in Cleveland, OH to fit my large frame (6'5"), which I'm very happy about. I can sit up straight AND see! Woo-Hoo! (and so can my son (14yr.-6'2") in the back seat!)

I've read a lot of the forum, great stuff!

I'm dropped ~1.5 inches. It appears only the springs have been changed from stock. They look like Tein S.Tech?! (see pics, below)

The ride on highways is less than desirable and I'm wondering whether to go after reclaiming that 1.5 inches in clearance to deal with winter obstacles.

My goals in order of importance is:
1) Ride quality
2) Ability to have a full car with 800 lbs of people (we're not small people...) in it and not sag so much in the rear.
3) Ability to deal with snow (yeah, I'm thinking about the Randode 2" "lift" kit)

I'm thinking the first thing I should do is buy some new rear shocks... Monroe or KYB... can't afford the Koni's right now, I think. Or maybe go back to stock coils (how bad are they?!)...

I'm looking for the forum's input. Thanks!
