Does anyone have or ever thought of putting adjustable pillar spot lights on their car, like the ones on a cop car? To me this would be the coolest thing ever, but whether its practical is another story. I don't care if some people think it would be stupid so if you're thinking of replying with a negative/making fun of/criticizing comment, forget it. Maybe its just me but i think a spot light would be amazing.

Side curtain air bags in the A-pillars would probably prevent this.

damn...i didnt even think about that. i guess you could take it out and then that would probably mess up the computer and probably void the warranty.

Anyway, I'm not particularly a fan of the spotlights unless it's on something old. Most of the old hot rods that you see with the spotlights, are dummies. You can get dummy spotlights that would just screw into your a-pillar.

And I'm not sure on the legality of the spotlights. I have a buddy whom purchased a Police Impala (unfortunately it wasn't the Caprice/Impala SS *drools*), and they disconnected the wires running to the spotlight. I also think that's why most hot rodders/street rodders use the dummy's.

Yeah, it's a real 9C1 interceptor model with the hi-po 350 V8.

The spotlights work, but he's technically not supposed to use them on a public roadway.
