RPF1s like we have been discussing and some decent drag radials will make more of a difference than what you current have. Hell we broke traction on those tires with damp pavement at 40mph...

Haha good times street tuning through a monsoon. A bit scary doing 100+MPH pulls in the rain, but that's how we get things done around here! Dezod Pulls through and now my tC pulls... haha

i wasn't on a stock motor for that...

good job at the track!! and dont worry about the low dyno#'s, the numbers at the track are what matter, and from the looks of it, you have about the same times and trap speeds with that dezod kit as gameover, who is running a ptuning kit at the same boost levels. so keep it up.

^^ Oh you weren't? Thanks for the clarification, and thanks for the compliment! It's an honor to get props from OGs of SL. I'm heading back to Ohio tomorrow to test out some thoughts on improving my 60' and it's going to be on the stock tires since I didn't have much time to get some new tires. I feel like I can still make a decent amount of adjustments to run better though.

I'm not running a Dezod kit by the way; I'm running a custom Turbonetics kit with a Dezod vac block, Dezod APR X1 EMS, and Dezod tuned though

Good luck on your quest to 10's, I'm looking forward to it!

i drove my first race yesterday at 75-80 dragway, MD. fully stock 08 automatic tC, wrapped around with all season 225s. ive failed to post the sime slip as im having trouble uploading it as a pdf file onto photobucket, but i may figure it out later. as for now, i'll just type it out.

r/t - 0.811
60ft - 2.376
330ft - 6.763
speed - 67.69
660ft - 10.413
trap speed - 82.87
1/4 time - 16.236

^that was my very first run, ever. also the best time ive gotten all yesterday out of my 6 runs. i was actually expecting to be in the 17s, but i must now go for 15s! i have a short ram intake sittin at home so that'll def get put on before my next run.

btw i spanked my buddies automatic mazda3 all 6 times, got him on the launch and the gap never closed haha

I got these in last year before they closed down Gateway International. I guess I have the pretty standard time for a mildly boosted stock motor tC... I am car F7704

I'm shifting at 6k rpm, I've been wanting to hit the strip again for a while but haven't gone. I wanna see if I still have it.
