I can't compare my spring and shocks to TRD's. I am running the 210's with echo struts and the stock rear struts. Compared to a stock xB I thought it was so much better. The only problem is I wish I could bring the rear down to match the front height. Its a great drop.

In other words I could ask how the Echo struts compare to the TRD's that the dealer put on.

Does anyone know if xB springs are taller than the xA? The xB has greater drop than the xA, but if xB spring are taller then this is irrelevant. However, if it is the same height, I would get the xB DF210s over the xA.

many people go with monroes, but gabriel is just another replacement brand. if it is still in good condition, i would just keep it and see how it is.

i'm running 16x7 with +40 offset. the fronts have a 5mm wheel spacer just to clear the calipers and sits near flush right inside the fender. i used to have an 25mm (1 inch) hub spacers in the rear but would rub a little bit of the tire side wall with back passengers when going over dips etc due to the bounce, which is why i took it off. 20-25mm spacers should be fine since DF210s only give a 1.8 inch drop for the rears.

16x7 or 17x7? your garage shows 17x7 ..what size tires are you using? did you have to roll fenders?

i was only rubbing on the rears when i was on 17s with 215/45/17 tires with 25mm spacer. however, i am on racelands, was never on df210s. you will not have any fender issues at all.

Anyone go with those cheap ebay springs for 50 bucks?
I have a well worn 2006 xb and for some reason, it looks like a 4x4. This is my 9th xb, and I just bought it so have no history on it. I want to get it down some, but it really isn't worth spending like 250 for springs. The car is probably worth 2500 and is my winter beater.

This is the wroooooonnng thread for that. HOWEVER, I wouldn't recommend going the eBay parts route. Always a bad idea.

does anyone have pics of a gen2 on dr210's with 19" rims? Are there any issues with the 19" rim? I have been advised twice now to go to an 18" but want to keep my 19s. Any advise/pics would be appreciated.

I have an RS8 currently on TRD springs and want to go lower
