My wife shocked me on Friday. She took her beloved yellow box to the dealership for an oil change and while waiting, she decided to walk around the lot (big mistake). She ended up driving a new 2nd gen xB and she really liked it. We've already decide that we don't want one because of the big drop in gas mileage, but that got us thinking about a different car. My wife LOVES her yellow box. That car has been her baby, but she's always been a little concerned about about the lack of side airbags. Now we are looking in to the Nissan Versa and a few others. I can't believe we might sell the RS2! It only has 18,000 miles on it! Oh well....If it's what she wants, it's her car.

 

wow.. yeah i was thinking about it too... my husband asked if i wanted to trade my box in for the new 2008... but at the end of the day i love my box... wouldnt trade it ....

 

well hopefully it's just a phase she will see the yellow winking at her again and fall back in love!

 

The '08 was nice. My wife liked the car and the power, but the big drop in gas mileage turned her off. She's all about high gas milage. She won't even look at a car that gets less than mid 30's highway. I dunno...she totally loves her box, but now she kinda has new car fever.
