OKAY!
First off, he is not one of my pupils. SECONDLY: the owners are definately not from this area, otherwise they wouldn't have reacted this way. I'm hoping the video footage ends up on the web soon...lol.... THIRD(ly): Randy Hiner should only have cited the boy for not using a condom. LASTLY: The owners are from north of Corvallis, which is kinda yuppy and snooty, so they are selective with the their breeding. Had he driven a couple miles south of town, nobody would have blinked. Actually, this is very sad... Horses are a reletively tough nut to crack so to speak, not to say REALLY tall. Sheep are so much easier
