Default Hey has anyone found a good place to get body vinyls?

I'm looking to do a single stripe vinyl over my driver's side...
so naturally i have questions...
first,
where have people gone to? (online?, shops?)
second, how much have you spent?
was it pretty invloved to put the vinyl on? and what other costs are involved?
if I missed a post that talks about this stuff, point me to it, I missed it. (clearly)
hope some people know vinyl!

I googled shops near me and called them all for quotes. A lot of people weren't very helpful or just plain apathetic about the work. The bigger companies really didn't care if I gave them business or not and were slow to email me back and answer questions.

Look for a small shop where they can really give you attention and a quick turnaround time. I found this place called www.LoudOcean.com and it's just this man and woman who have a small shop and they totally gave me price breaks and quick installation.

Getting vinyl printed and installed are pretty basic things. Most printers have the same machines and cutters. Installation is just like putting on a sticker but it takes experience to mold them to curves and to make sure everything is even with no bubbles. Ask if they use sublimation printing, 3m or Avery vinyl, and if they're going to laminate it.

I ended up spending $1200 for my sides and back with install but yours will be much less expensive.

Good luck!
