HI, i defenely want to lower my car because i dont like those big gaps. Anyways i was looking at the the tabane DF210 which has a rate of -2.0 -1.8

Now my concern is this...i do not want to have problems with bumps or dips or goign in uphill driveways. I dont wanan be going at angle everytime i see a bump or dips etc. etc..

Whats the best rate to lower my scion xa so it looks good and it doesnt cause those problems?

If you don't want to curb scratch your body work with a lowered car, then i recommened the TRD springs its about a 1" drop, so you shouldn't have any problems. As for the DF210 from Tanabe, those are the springs with the LOWEST drop. You can any lower on springs than the DF210's. I have the S-Tech's from Tein and i feel they are the perfect drop. I still rub my front bumper on some ditches and gutters, but i just don't care. I wouldn't recommend the DF210's because, once again, they provide the lowest drop. There are about 15 different springs for our car, if you dont want to rub anywhere or curb anywhere, get something between a 1" -1.3" drop.

Jsosa...do u have any pic of your car...cos i was also thinking about getting the s-tech...
did u remove the 2 plastics things that are underside the front spoiler?

Keep in mind that i have oversized tires and the gap gets filled a bit more because of that, but this should help you get the idea of the drop. I did remove the 2 front piece's of plastic on the front bumper, those thing will hit just about anything with any sort of drop. They used to rub on bumps when i had my Hotchkis (PEICE OF $HIT) springs.

Nice...Iam planning of getting bigger tires and im planning to get some 17" rims, wat are those tires? specs? size? thank you jsosa i really appriciate your quick response.
