07 tc tail light removal

well, yesterday i went to remove taillights so i could take them out, split them open and tint them with spray on the inside. one little problem got in my way, i couldnt remove the damn things!!!!. something was holding the bottom inside portion, and i wanted to know how to break them free if anybody knows, thanks!!

It's a clip that holding the tails on. Just give it a nice gentle pull and it will unclip from the body.
I had the same problem when I went to install my red TYCs.
