Default FOG LIGHTS

Hi ! I just install my fog lights on my Xb on saturday. Is there any way to make the fog lights independent of the headlights,I have An 02 Aerio SX and whit the help of suzukiaerioforum.com now aeriostyle.com I did it to my Aerio.Thanks For the time and any help possible.

Yes.U will need to change the power source to the fog lamp relay. Just replace that wire with a source from ACC so that your foglamps will be switched off when the engine is off.

I want to do the same... I was able to do it in my matrix by just swapping the headlight and fog light harness (both 9006) but since the xb has H4's up top, you can't do it like like.

I'm not a wiring expert, so can anyone explain exactly what wires need to be modified, and how?

Some states (territories and city states ) will not pass your car during inspection unless the fogs only come on with the other lights. just a fyi

In that case, just do a kill switch type thing. So when you have it selected "off" it kills the power from the switch so the fogs dont come on when you turn on the other lights. When you have it selected "on" they will come on when you turn on your other lights. Seems like it would work, just not sure how you would wire it. :?
