Default Looks like I'm changing sides ...

So my insurance company has forced my hand. I put my name down on a white xD I soon hope to call my own.

Looks like, as with any new model, aftermarket is thin. TRD is out first and flooding with a variety of fancy little parts, at the TRD premium. For those that got in on the first run of scion's in the past, what was wait before the market started seeing your typical s suspects; ie Tein, Megan, Injen, Greddy ... so on, so forth.

I had originally planned on upgrading to the advertised black TRD 5 spokes, bit they cost somewhere around $2000? Uhm ... ouch! ... so I ordered a bone stock, nothin special, "boring" Super White xD. I felt the need to photoshop something to give me something to look forward to.

ps - I did this before I found out the read breaks are drums ... oops!

TRD suspension stuff is marginally more expensive than everybody else and is warranted by toyota itself. (Try bringing your car to the dealer with a blown TEIN shock).

I'd rather shell out extra $50 now and enjoy the car than wait for 6 months and lose the warranty.

ok ok so no one likes the wheels. I was just playin around

Mine should be in within the next week, as early as today. And I did break down and order the shocks and springs, I'll be doing self installs, so we'll see about some sort of early write up maybe?
