Not a good idea to take it out they are wired in to other parts of the car. Most istaller will know how to disable your factory system with the Clifford system. You should not need to do anything at all though. When I installed my Clifford Matrix system I did'nt have any problems with the factory system arming along side the aftermarket system. With my wiring info I have here in front of me, I dont see any wire color that will disarm the factory system, which ussally means that it will not cause a problem.
