Nice product takes a couple of weeks to paint and Fabricate but worth it. Installs in less than 5 minutes with nothig but tape and screwdriver

Was it a direct bolt on with the existing oem ant wires?

 

Unscrew the antenna from the base Line up the new one and mark withtape. Screw collar onto existing base tighten screw to hold collar on and place antenna on roof after peeling tape off the base. Can not be simpler Base stays on car. just remove antenna

 

do they paint it to match or etc..

 

can i request some pics of the whole car, and a closer pic, and a pic that shows where the antennae meets the body

 

Yes they can paint to match the exact color of the body. and here is a little wider angle shot. If you get too much further though, you won't see it as well i think. this may help out. let me know

Which model did you get?

 

Very bottom of PAge is Visual Garage Company with a VG shark fin antenna.

 

These are growing on me, just hate the pricetag.

 

One last question. Was that the only one that fits the XB or did you pick that one?

not sure about alternatives. I liked that one for ease of installation and Paint match up were my deciding factors

 

make sure you get it clear coated too it'll help with the glossiness

Link is under first pic and if I am not mistaken, THey clearcoat when they paint. They are made specifically for the vehicle not a BMW or Lexus as I have seen others hee with. Nothin against those, but!!
