Hi, all.

Sadly, we are going to have to sell my mum's '06.5 Salsa Red Pearl Scion xA.

She loves her little car, but it has become time for her to give up her keys.

The xA has less than 1500 miles on it, has had one dealership oil change, and actually does look like a new car.

I'm hoping that it can go to a good home locally.

Damn Tomas........after dumping all my cash into moving,a new set of furniture,and dining room set........I am too broke to upgrade from my KIA to a sexy salsa Scion.........I am sure it will go pretty fast........that is a new car......

I've been trying to push it down here for you Tomas.

 

Well, just over a week ago I got a call from someone sent my way by a ScionLife member who seemed very interested in the car, and was going to show up a week ago last Sunday. Turned out they got tied up on something else and re-scheduled for this weekend. (They were going to call for directions, etc.)

My mum took the "for sale" sign off the little xA, more or less 'holding' it for Katy to look at.

Well, no call this weekend, and no return on the call I finally made at noon on Sunday.

Oh, well. Sign goes back up on the car, and I get active again trying to move the car. She really does need to sell it, as she's still paying for insurance and covered parking for the poor little xA.

(Right now she's wanting to just take it to the dealer to see what they would give her for it. I really don't want her to do that, cause they will totally take advantage of her.)

Anyway, still trying to sell the little xA...

Bump for a great car! It's too bad my 21 year old sister doesn't have her finances in order . . . it would make a great car for her as she doesn't own a vehicle and needs one! Good luck Tomas!

A nice young lady, Marla, just bought my mum's xA today.
