if you want to sound like rice go with the N1. my buddy had it on his prelude and it was annoying. i dont know if they make a World Sport 2 for the Scion, but if they do I'd look into that. I'm pretty sure you can just buy the muffler alone. i got it on my spec and the loudest it gets is about low 90 decible range, and thats with a header. It sounds deep and mellow even at wide open throttle.

I doubt they make anything tC specific so just the muffler would be good. The guy who did the custom piping for my Tanabe said Apexi is one of the worst made mufflers that are name brand. ive never had any experience with them but thas what he said

i've had mine for a while and its good. its pretty good build quality too. madrel bent pipes. the one that i got is not as good quality (coating wise) as the N1, but I dont live where it snows so i'm not worried about corrosion.

same here, my buddy has a apex N1 cat back. it sounds horrible. (dont tell him i told you guys ) my cousin used to have a apex universal fit N1 on his 240 and that also sounds horrible. i really like the World sport 2, it sounds much better than the N1 IMO.

My friend has an Apex'i N1 on his Celica GTS. It's extremely annoying and loud, but it performs. He has one of the fastest NA GTSs in Florida...

I had an N1 on my old Impreza, and it sounded fine, i guess it just depends on the car its attached to, eh?

yea, i think it depends on the car its on, the piping, cat &/or resonators, the muffler, and the job quality. but sometimes, you could have all those factors similar and a different muffler, and it could sound really different.

i know the n1 duals sound really deep, and im sure they dont make an exhaust for the tc since the car is so new. i really more so wondered if the angled tip would look nice on the tc. any body do any photochops or anything like that?

n1 is just a muffler... sound also comes from the pipe size, the bends, types of bends, quality of the pipe, headers, resonators, etc. mufflers alone dont mak your car louder.

want less ricer? add a very good resonator. or have better bends in your custom piping with resonators.

The N1 is a nasty turbo muffler if you buy the turbo core version with the 80mm inlet. The NA version sounds like crap so stay clear. I say go with either the Apexi WS, Evo, Blitz Nur-Spec, or any HKS (carbon Ti is a little ricey to me)

Has anyone even fit a Apexi WS into the tC( canister is a little big, looks like it would touch the wheel) cuz it doesnt look like it would fit. I wanna do this cuz its one of the quietest mufflers ive ever heard and i dont think it would look or sound half bad.

i used to have a n1 muffler on my 93 accord with 2.25 inch crush bent catback, resenator instead of the cat and an OBX header. let me tell u. people knew that i was comming down the road from a few miles away. i only had it like that for a few weeks. then the car went to stock and i sold it. but yea its a realy poorly made muffler, after a while, u could hear loose things in the muffler when u wold go over bumps n stuff.
