Default Aftermarket Clutch

I was checking out some of the equipment by TRD for the tC and saw that they offer a heavy duty clutch. Now call me a chick who doesn't know much but what the difference is between a normal clutch and the heavy duty one? I'm thinking it handles harder shifting and what not but I could be wrong. And help would be much appricitated.

performance clutch provides faster engage, higher clamping force. if heavy duty = performance, then that's how it could help. Or maybe it's more durable, but I doubt it.

faster engage would be nice however I tend to slam shift and I know that's not always good for the clutch LOL so I was looking into upgrading possibly to something that might be able to handle that
