Speedo Overlay in km/h?? Does it exist??

Ok, first new to the Scion form, glad to be an xB owner & glad to be here. For most of you, I am your neighbor to north (Canada), where the snow is high & the xB is low. Now, does anyone know where (or if) I can find a speedometer overlay that has kilometers per hour on the outer edge & miles per hour on the inner edge (opposite to what it is now). There are a growing number of xB's (and other U.S. vehicles) in Canada, just wondering if anyone has thought of developing overlays, just to make it easier to monitor your speed, so the "fuzz" don't nab ya. For any replies, thanks in advance.
