Default Train Horn?????!!!!!!

Anyone tried or ever heard of someone putting the train horn you always hear on big truck and stuff on a box? I think it'd be funny to have such a small car with the boom the train horns have.

I just wonder why they can't at least use a horn that's a level up (full-size). I think even the Honda Fit has a more standard sounding sedan-like horn.

Like we're being punished for not buying an SUV.

my neighbor has a train horn on his diesel pickup ( i was just talking about this today too, weird ). he has a 5 gallon tank and air compressor to run it and the windows of the alley way shake when he hammers it. i love it, the housing association on the other hand has given him warnings.

That's my Honking rig on that link. I'm adding the king of all locomotive horns (Leslie S5-T) as we speak. I'm also currently restoring a cruise ship horn that would also go on the XB (building a safary roof enclosure). If you guys are in SoCal and want a demo, let me know what time and day your club/s meet and I'll show up one of these days and surprize everyone.

Exactly, I don't see the point. My (legal) twin airhorns get the point accross nicely without giving someone a heart attack. Plus why give cops another reason to write you a ticket?
The roads are getting way to loud already. First all the "look at me" Harley riders with their illeagally loud exhausts and now this new trend.

I would love to have that air horn setup to make little punk kids get out of the street when they see a car coming.
I have had kids not move out of the way, and actually taunt me to hit them by blocking the street. I really feel like getting out and smaking them around.
If I had that air horn setup, at least I could make them pee their pants! And hopefully give them permenant hearing damage :D
that'll lern em!

Just get a tazer and taze the crap out of them. I bet they wouldn't bug you after that. I had some punk kids ride my work truck one day. I just took off anyway. I figure if the kids were stupid enough to jump on, then they were stupid enough not to get me arrested. I actually had forgotten I had my tazer that day, otherwise I would have let 'em have it. Its not lethal, I don't think most states you can even get charged for that.
