just picked up my 06 xb and wanna get some quick mods in it until i make some money. planned on doing the head/tail/fog lights first. just wanted to know what ppl thought/knew about the items linked to below. I am prolly gunna get those taillights, but the headlights off ebay seem a little suspicious.

Hey man... next time, try to be more specific in your requests...

Headlights: you can black out the stock ones by tossing them in the oven, pulling the lens, spraypainting (everything but the reflector area)... replacement options include - JDM bB ones, Sonar projectors, projectors with the 3 LEDs and the Anzo projectors.

Foglights - OEM fogs, JDM bB fogs (real ones), JDM smoked fogs (from ebay), the grille with two halo fogs built in and the blazer style ones to go on the bottom lip.

Taillights - smoke or red out the stockies, TYCs, Sonar tails, the scionfx ones (stoplight style), the ICPW ones, the fake TYC ones...

Uh, am I missing anything?

 

sorry. i meant did anyone have any opinions to the ones that are linked to above. I checked the parts area of the website but the ones I linked to above are not in there. I was looking for some comments on those specifically, but thanks for your advice.

 

The headlights you linked are the Anzos... the Sonars are better, IMO...

Some people have had good luck with those fogs, but one of my friends had one of them blow up on him, leaving him with a nasty brown lens...

Those tails are the Sonar ones, and they're fine.

 

thanks. i am getting the sonar head/tail lights. holding off on the OEM fog and grill until i look around more. thanks for putting up with my noob ness

 

Which sonars are you getting? There's the chrome, red and black ones... what color's your box?

 

it's black cherry pearl. i had a pathfinder that was more or less the same color and i did it up with chrome, but always thought it would have been better with black. so i am one the fence between chrome and black. red is out for sure. i am thinking that black might fit better with the window deflectors, windshield deflector, the tint, and the current black grills.
