I will buying a kit soon and i'm still undecided whether I should go Kenstyle or Fabulous. I think the Fabulous looks better but I'm worried about the ride height.
Do anyone know how lower it is than the OEM kit? The Kenstyle looks good and paint cost will be cheaper. Give some input guys. I just messed up my rear bumper today
and getting it fixed will cost me $400. Might as well change the body kit know cause I will get a kit next year anyway.

What do you guys think?

With the kenstyle one, its only a lip kit from my understanding, so if you need a new bumper, you are going to need it for this. If you want to put that $400 towards a kit, I would recomend getting the fabulous style kit.

 

i agree, im not to excited about the kenstlye kit esp for how much it is sold for

yeh when i ordered my kit, they sent me fab sideskirts insted of the tcsportline ones needless to say i shipped them back

 

how low is the fab kit. i'm a little bit worried.
don't want to compete against plow trucks.
i live in chi town and it will be snowing alot soon.

here's a pic from scionsport.com of the kenstyle urban kit. no rear pic but i saw an xb at a recent show with this and its a nice alternative to their lip kit.

But yeah, that's a question. I like the Kenstyle cause it's clean. But sometimes I never realized the xB's that had that kit because it doesn't stand out as much as the Fabolous kit.

I would get the Kenstyle. In order to finish off the Fabolous kit, you would need the right looking rims and such...which I don't got the money for.

NKB,this is a very nice kit.if i ever put one on my box that is the one i will get, i have a camo box.

 

kenstyle is a nice lip kit, but if you are looking for a bumper replacement then go with the fab kit

 

i just went to a body shop and got an estimate with the fab kit.

Is that painted? Is it installed? If not, then not really. I would check around.

1,000.00 is absolute madness, it's 4 pieces and fitting it to the body....Bing I can get you a much much better price... My genie is going on in march for 500.00 (painted)

and I wouldnt dream of putting a fab kit on in the winter in Chicago, do you know what the salt the trucks lay down can do to a car??? no, leave it stock still the weather gets nice again......The fabs to sweet to be seen dirty all the time...
