Can someone post up the following part numbers for these badges

TRD badge
VVT-i badge

im looking to pickup a set from the dealership, but they could not locate a part number for me.

i want to stick this on either a grille or the back of the scion. im looking for a set of badges in plastic but with a chrome look to it.

I have spent the better part of 1pm to 4pm waiting on TRD for part numbers, in my ''stripes and logos'' book does not list a vvt-i emblem so I decided to call a friend @ TRD and he assured me he would leave me a voice mail at work by the time I get there Fri morning...so if you dont find it before then keep checking back because I'm looking into getting one myself....

great thanks for the update.

i also found that the camry might have a badge as well. apparently they are on the fender or something like that. im not sure how big they are, but im going to look at a local dealership.

i looked on the engine cover, and its not a badge... meaning it does not come off.

i dont want to rule out ebay, but its not my 1st choice. i would rather go to a dealership, as i know what i would be getting, and wouldnt have to wait on the shipping delays.

i hear ya.

but I think you're gonna wait @ the dealer to order, etc.

I was very happy with what I got on ebay and could send you their info if
you strike out. in fact, both were genuine Toy/TRD parts

Does Toyota actually make VVT-i badges? I've yet to seen any OEM Toyota come equipped with any. . . there are GTS, XRS, etc badges (which mean they have VVT-i). Maybe there is a badge INSIDE the engine compartment where IMO it belongs. Or am I mistaken?

Hiya,

That's my '05 Polar White in the picture above. The VVT-i badges like on my decklid are JDM and are intended as a trunk-badge for the Altis (Japanese Corolla).

You will not find a domestic Toyota part # at the dealer as they never used this badge on US models. There are knock-off dealers that sell Thai reproductions of these on eBay. It will take either some careful research or contacting a friend in Japan to get an authentic JDM Toyota badge.

Corolla Altis, in Thailand. . . I'm Thai, hahahaha. From what I remember, the Altis is a Thai, as well as some other Southeast Asian countries, only nameplate . . . As far as I know, there is no JDM Altis. That's not to say that the JDM Corolla doesn't have it either.
