why did you do intake? the intake has to go back to stock or else you'll lose your powertrain warranty with the supercharger. so uhm... you gotta give them your stock intake to put on with your supercharger.

no, the 9.5 psi pulley is for the supercharer itself, the CR crank pulley is the one that the engine itself turns to turn the supercharger.

get the cr pulley and the 20% Alternator & WP-Lite Water Pump KIT, all together you'll get about 8 HP but its an all round gain not top end or low end so you'll feel it.. that with the 9.5psi pulley should be nice

no do not get underdrive pullies with a s/c system it will lower the boost. If you underdrive your accesory system 20% it will also underdive your s/c pulley 20%

no you get a cr crank pulley (not underdrive) and then the 20% Alternator & WP-Lite Water Pump KIT, that doesn't effect boost with the s/c. as long as the crank pulley is lightened and OEM size your fine, if your going turbo then you can get a under drive crank pulley... this is what the rep from NST said.

i find that very hard to believe, if you underdrive any part of your accessory system you will see a drop in boost. a lighter pulley will turn fast and will still alter your boost some

Ive never seen anyone with a belt driven S?C system put undersized or lighter crank pulleys on their cars for the reason it will change the amount of boost the s/c pulley produces IMO do not mess with the accessory drive of the car at all
