How do I take out my Pioneer stereo in my xD? I just got the Sirius fit kit and I am wondering how to plug it in?

Pull gently, but firmly on the waterfall bezel around the stereo. Start at the top where the vents are. Two clips will release. Then pull at the bottom of that panel. Two more clips.

Unplug the wire for the clock/climate controls. Set aside the bezel.

Unscrew the four phillips screws on the mounting bracket. The two toward the bottom are easily seen just to the side of the stereo. There are two further back just above those.

Pull the stereo out and do your business!

 

Also, be sure you're pulling on the PLASTIC not the actual dash. My bf was doing that when he was putting cathodes in my foot wells and it freaked me out. Safe to say I took off the waterfall for him
