Come on guys, we can win this. If we get all 10,000 of us to vote (thats pushing it) it would be awsome to win this .

Sorry, but I had to vote for the Mitsubishi Evo IIV MR. Way better car than any Scion ever or in the future. Just a simple fact...

Simply not true hotbox05. Those cars are rock solid and the tuning potential is out of this world. As long as you stay with a reputable tuner anyway. Vishnu or Buscher come to mind. I should know. I've owned one.

Let's face it -- The Scion is a toy. It's a cool toy. Really, a lot of fun. But a toy none the less...

I do love that STi, but of course you have to vote the Scion.

I wonder if my favorite hostess from Spike's Redline TV will be hosting this. One could even argue that she is the tastiest tuner of 2005.

The Evo is a way better car as far as performance, handling, braking, etc.; but if you look at which car is getting more widespread attention in the general tuning world, the xB is the best choice. The Evo and the STi are too expensive for a lot of people (best bang for your buck out there, but 30k+ is still not exactly cheap). From a business standpoint, a tuning company, just looking for a show car, would obviously want to spend less money on an xB than a Evo (Evo=$30,699, xB=$14,195). Of course the xB would never be as fast as the Evo, but show cars are just that, for show, not really for go; these companies put way too much $$$ into these cars to ever really push them to their limits anyway. The xB is an inexpensive car that you can still look really cool, it doesn't have the econobox (no pun there) stigma that cars like the focus, aveo, any kia, sunfire, cavalier, etc. So people accept it as a cool, tuner car.

From a normal consumer POV, the xB is a better tuner car for the same reasons the old civics are, they are reliable, they don't cost a lot, and there are a ton of inexpensive mods you can do to them. Sure, some of them are cheezy, but that's a whole differant topic. Mods for the STi and the Evo are a lot more expensive, and after spending 30k+ on a car, most people don't have much money left for mods; Spending just over 14k for an xB leaves most people with $$$ left over to get extra stuff for thier car, and that's what tuning is all about

Just my 2 cents and uh, go xB!

If you have enough money, a riding lawn mower can go fast. Not that it will look good doing it but....
