Exedy stage 2 with flywheel feed back

any one have the exedy stage 2 with fidanza flywheel combo, How is the ride and is it smooth and quiet? I dont want chattering or grinding noise like track cars. I want that luxury quiet grip when I slam into those gears on street or light track.
