please post your budget without tires.

that way everyone can give u suggestions based on your wallet.
if money wasn't a factor. then the list would be huge.

anyways. volk racing gt-series range about 2000 for a
set of 18's with a proper offset.

brands like 5zigen, racinghart evo, and like axis make
18" rims from like 1000~1400 a set of rims.

and cheaper brands like tenzo-r, adr, konig, rota, katana,
giovanna, and hp sell rims for like 500~1000 for 18's
i believe rota has 18" rims for like 6-7 bills~! like 150~200
a piece per rim!

back when 5zigen FN01R-C's first came to the states. i got
a set of 17x7" bronze ones for like 750 a set.(rims only)

i suggest u think about ur budget. and see if u can add another pay
check towards it before u buy rims. if u get badass rims, all u need is
tires in the future, if u get decent rims, u'll always be "LOOKING" for
something better...

^^^Good advise^^^^ If your gonna have big 18's Id save for a "lighter more expensive" set . I can imagine the power loss with a big set.

The wheels make the car.

I'm not into the larger rims and low profile tires. I want to stick to the stock 15 inch wheels and stock size tire. But I am considering upgrading the wheels (rims), just incase i get the urge. I looked on discount tire website and had an extensive range of tires and some of the lower priced tires looked just like the highr priced tires. So, keeping with 15 inch wheels, is there a difference in quality, and if so how? I thought a rim was a rim, and what about the stock wheel with the hubcap.?

Stockers are steel and an aluminum wheel is easier to bend on lower quality.

your stock tires are 185 in width.
if u get... like 15x6.5 it'll just give u a look.
i dunno about improving the quality much.
u can get a nice set of low profile 15" tires for less
than 300 bucks FOR SURE(for a NICE set).
rota makes many 4x100 rims. they go for 350~450 a set
of 15's. they have many styles.
rota makes FAKE rims , they are made in PHILLIPINES,
lightweight and pretty good quality. affordable wise they are
beyond affordable.
