yep!
and that answer IS.... about 4-5 inches.
the only time I rubbed was on really big dips in the road at hwy speeds in teh back and if I was turning and hit a dip up front.
was running 15x8 zero offset with a 195/45 tire.
I am closer to 5 inches from stock.
and here is that same drop with steelies,
and with the xA alloys with a 195/60 tire(have no idea why that size) but it does dub pretty bad front and back.
But I don't know of any springs that will drop you that much, you will have to go with coil overs, and if you do that you can fine tune the height to the point where it does not rub, and you are happy with it.

The 15 inch rim size is irrelevent by the way. You can go 3-5 inchs lower without rubbing depending on tire size wheel width and offset. A 15 inch rim with stock tires has essentially the same clearance as an 18 inch rim with similar offset and width using 205/35/18 tires. In other woirds there would be very little difference in clearance between stock 15's, stock 17's, and stock 18's.
You wanna really go low?? BAG IT Then you can go almost to the ground when stopped and ride at whatever height suits you depending on the terrain you are driving on

well the offset that i want to go for is 10et.will there still be a problem with that?
i just dont want to rub as much as i did when had a 0 offset. horrible.
i already have rolled fenders.
well the plan for the tires that i want to roll would be 195/50/15.
and i am on s-tech's.would the wheel gap noticeable if i go 195/50?
i just want it to look clean and nice.and still be able to stuff 3 or more people
in the car like i used.and be able to drive good with no rubbing issues at all.
