Default Big Problem...any ideas???

SORRY THIS IS SO LONG

information on my car::
Dezod s1 kit
Greddy ultimate w/pressure sensor
550 cc injectors
tuned at 7 psi
stock clutch
daily driven

alright well here we go...im not sure what happend but the other night i was driving home frm my g/f's house and i was coming out of a stop sign and all of a sudden my car starts to bog out and putter almos sounding like 2 step but in motion. noticed and smelt that it was running extremely rich. i ended up making it home and then it just stalled out right in my driveway...the next morning i woke up and i was checking everything out, saw nothing wrong, the next day i ordered some plugs to see if it as the problem(it was about that time anyway to change them) here is a list of what i did so you guys can eliminate stuff

-put stock plugs in and reset the ecu and idled fine for about a minute and than just bogged and stalled out
-Checked all my charge pipes for leaks or couplers loose(none)
-checked for any oil leaks or fuel leaks(none)
-swapped out spark plugs (nothing changed)
-swapped out MAF sensors (nothing changed)
-hooked up scanner(NO CODES)
-hooked up laptop(no map or tune on ultimate)
-disconnected ultimate and still ran rough
-put stock plugs in and still ran super rich and rough at idle

my friend (bluesciontc) ended up coming over on sunday hooked his scanner up and there was no codes?? but the check engine light was on we were like ok? ended up checking stuff out....took the spark plugs out and some fuses...cranked the engine to get all the extra fuel vapors out, we noticed there was a lot of fuel in the cylinders. ok so now we put plugs back in and started the car up and it was still running crazy rich...the car would end up running super lean and than super rich going back and forth and it never really idled at all....we hooked my laptop up to the ultimate and we were checking numbers out....he ended up noticing that there was absolutly no map or tune on the computer at all..somehow it got wiped out??..were like ok....so we unpluged it and pluged just the stock computer in....the car started and actually idled but it was rough bc the 550cc's were still in..swapped ith stock injectors and tried again..car still idled rough and the a/f was sitting at around 10.2-10.4 fluctuating within those numbers ...shooting fuel out of the exhaust and black smoke....hooked the scanner back up to the car and still NO CODES thrown or anything not even rich mixture of anysort of code.....so now i am competely stumped...i had the tunner send me a map to upload on the emanage just to see what would happend..so tomorrow morning i am going to upload it and test it out...but right now i have no idea what else to do...sorry its so long but i figured i'd say everything that we did n i did to eliminate stuff out ...im thinking maybe the stock computer took a poop??

ANY IDEAS AND I MEAN ANY would def be helpful

I agree with gingles. Check the IC pipes again and check the MAF sensor. If that does not work then unplug the front o2 sensor (do not disconnect it), use the stock ECU and stock injectors, and then reset the ECU. Then try starting the car then and see what happens.

he might of found the problem this morning... the hotside of the intercooler (the pass. side) he found one of the inserts half way on one of the pipes causing it to have a leak.. if he didnt check the piping again he would of never of known.. yet he still has no tune on his emanage.. so he'll have to go back for a re-tune.. im hoping this is the only problem with the car.

problem is found like i stated in the last post.. one of the inserts was half way off on the intercooler piping causing a big leak which is why he had all these problems and running rich... so were throwing everything back to normal and getting a re-tune to be safe .. i had to convince him to listen to everyone on here to check the piping again so he finally did this morning ... he definately turns me off on getting a turbo now

An intercooler pipe is undoubtedly the culprit. Check all pipes

pssh....lol...what happen was i have a coupler that has the inserts so it can fit dif size piping(bad idea i kno) but only thing the store near me had so i gotta go to s&k speed to get the coupler with no inserts...so if your looking at the coupler...everything looks normal and the clamp is still on the coupler tight so i couldnt even move it...but i happend to take the bumper off this morning and i noticed the insert is half way down the hotside of the pipe coming out of the intercooler...sooo this ment a 2 1/2 inch pipe going into a 3" pipe meanss massive air leak yupp..lol....and well wat do u kno i could move the pipe up and down but it is def not noticable and you def couldnt see it if u just lookd at it...so i put it back together..ended up just keeping my stock injectors in and computer and yaa WOO lol...car ran good well GREAT compared to all those problems.... and now i just gotta see if the tune actually got erased or not from the ultimate i hoppe nott =[...but at least the car is drivable now took it around the block a couple of times with the bumper off...bc i was in a rush to get to work but just wanted to see if it was the fix..and yes it was! soo thanks Gingles and my g/f lol for telling me to check the pipes again...but if i never took the bumper off i def would not have known it was loose soo back to show season it iss =]
